  • RA number for your return must be issued within 14 days of delivery.
  • Merchandise must be in new condition, which are unworn and unwashed.
  • All items must have our original PIIN tags attached.
  • Non-returnable items cannot be returned - please see non-returnable items below.

Refund detail

Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 7 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or store credit. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Terms & Condition

We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial, store credit, and a 20-50% restocking fee. Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return/exchange package as PIIN is not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information. By purchasing from, you accept these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to deny a return if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

Please ship your return back to us no later than 3 business days after the RA number was issued. If we do not receive your return package in 7 business days without tracking number given to us, we will cancel your RA#.

Return Package with NO RA# will be refused and shipped back to you on your cost.


1. Request an RA (Return Authorization) number within 14 days of delivery. Please email your request to , and we will send your RA# once your return/exchange request has been authorized.  

2. Place all the products in the original package.

3. Please fill out the Return Form (which is enclosed with all orders, or you can download/print one HERE). Enclose this form with your return/exchange item(s) and write the RA number(s) on the outside of the package. 

4. Please use a major delivery service with tracking number/insurance for your return package as Piin is not responsible for lost/missing/damaged return packages.  Please email the tracking number to . Seal your package and return to our warehouse at:

**The best thing to do is to return your item for a full refund and place a new order at the same time. Placing the new order now just ensures that you’ll get it quickly, and that it won’t go out of stock.
