When will my order ship?
Please allow up to 24 business hours (excluding holidays and weekends) to process and ship your order.
However, we do our best to ship out all the orders placed before 2 PM PST, Monday through Friday, on the SAME business day.
What should I do if I want to return/exchange an item that I ordered?
You want to return something? NO PROBLEM!
First, contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of delivery. The Return Authorization Number has to be issued within 14 days of delivery. Please let us know the order number, item name, and the size, and we will send your RA#. Fill out the Return Form, pack them all together, and ship them back. That's it!

We can not add item to an existing order. Please make another order for the additional item, and let us know. We will gladly waive your shipping fee if the second order was made within 12 hours.
Do you charge tax?
CA sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to California. Our warehouse is located in Fullerton, CA.

We take security very seriously and therefore have rules and regulations in place to make sure nothing happens out of the ordinary and that your transaction is carried out as smoothly and safely as possible with todays technology.

Can I track my order?
YES, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking number(s) once the package is shipped out (Please wait 1 business day until you will be able to track the shipment). No shipping notification email? Please let us know, we will re-send you one right away!
You can simply track your order by logging in to your account, go to My Account, click on Order# to go to Order Detail, then you will see the tracking number(s) for each product(s) there. Click on the tracking number will take you to USPS.com tracking result page.
