Shipping and Handling 

Please allow us up to 24 business hours to process and ship your order. However, we try our best to ship out all the orders placed before 2 PM PST, Monday through Friday, on the same business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email.

Taxes and Duties 

International orders may be subject to customs and duties fees upon arrival. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.  Please note that some orders may experience customs delays.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you, for any reason, refuse a shipment from shoppiin.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the return cost of the package to us.
