We take security very seriously and therefore have rules and regulations in place to make sure nothing happens out of the ordinary and that your transaction is carried out as smoothly and safely as possible with todays technology.

ShopPiin Online

Shopping online at shoppiin.com is easy. Select size and [ADD TO CART] the items you would like to purchase and they will be added to your shopping cart. When you are ready to check out, click on the [MY CART] button at the top right hand corner and it will guide you through the entire purchase process. You may always view the items you have added to your cart at any time during your shopping experience. On My Cart, you may adjust quantities by changing the number [Qty] section and then click on the [UPDATE] button.

If you have an account with us, you have quick access to previous orders with tracking numbers and saved addresses for faster shopping next time. However, you can just [CHECK OUT AS A GUEST]. If you have registered with us before, simply sign-in with your email address and the password that you have created.

All merchandise sold on Piin is intended for personal use only, and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel all orders that appear to be for resale purposes.

Item Availability

All items on PIIN are in stock unless noted otherwise. If the item you like is Out Of Stock, please send us an email at customercare@shoppiin.com, and let us know the item name/color/size.  We will try our best to re-stock the item for you.  You can also use our "Notify Me" form on the product page.  Thanks.

Payment Processing

Your credit card will be charged ONLY once after your order ships.  You will see an authorization on your bank account after you place an order with us. Banks do this to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will be cleared within 48-72 hours. 

Sales Tax

CA sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to California.

Tracking Your Order

An order confirmation will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is received. In addition, a shipment confirmation will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will have the tracking number for your shipment.  You can also LOG IN to your account and you will able to track your order.
